Three roller press is an important part of the plastic sheet production line ,the sheet is extruded into the mold by the extruder and decendered into the required width and thickness ,and match the width and thickness of the mold design.

The roller is hollow for the return of heating and cooling medium ,the length of the roller shall be slightly larger than the width of the surface and finish ▽10,the diameter of the roller should not be less than 200mm,otherwise ,the heating device in the roller ,increase roller diameter,can increase the plate package roll time ,plate finish is better ,but the roller diameter is too large,covers an area of large ,install transmission system is difficult ,at the same time,the extrusion plate line speed is small ,if the roller diameter is large ,requires a complex structure ,large transmission speed control system ,therefore ,general roller diameter is not more than 300mm.
